Jumbo Chess Ltd collects only what we need to run your child's chess club, enter teams in our championships and keep in touch with you. This page explains what we keep and why.

What we collect

• Your child's name, date of birth, school, class and chess experience.
• Parent and emergency contact names, phone numbers, email and address.
• Health notes you choose to share so our coaches can keep your child safe.
• Your photo-sharing choice, and messages you send through this website.

How we use it

To confirm places, plan classes by level, contact you about your child, enter school teams and respond to your questions. We never sell your details.

Photos and results

Championship results (player names, schools and scores) are published on this website. We share photos of children on this website and our Instagram only when a parent has said yes on the registration form. You can change your mind at any time.
